How do I receive verification codes with SMSCatch?
On the home screen, choose a service and country, check availability and the price in coins, then confirm to get a number. Enter it in the selected service and wait for SMS on the number details screen in SMSCatch. Copy the code when it arrives. Temporary numbers are unsuitable for long-term account recovery.
Why haven't I received an SMS?
Check that the service, country and number are correct. Keep the number details screen connected to the internet for automatic updates. Delivery depends on the target platform, supplier and network and is not guaranteed. If the number expires or an error occurs, use the actions available on your order.
Can I cancel a number and get my coins back?
Cancellation depends on the actions shown on the number details screen. Eligible canceled or failed orders return coins or release held coins according to the actual settlement. Check the order status and coin history. Request refunds for top-up payments through the relevant app store.
I paid for a top-up, but my coins haven't arrived. What should I do?
Check your current SMSCatch account and app store order status. Stay online and use the missing-purchase check in the top-up section. If the coins still do not arrive, contact support with the store order ID, purchase time, amount and screenshots. Avoid purchasing again.
How can a guest keep their balance and orders?
Link a sign-in method to your current guest account on the account screen to retain its coins and orders. Unlinked guests rely on credentials stored on the device; uninstalling, clearing data or switching devices may make recovery impossible. Signing in to another existing account does not automatically merge the guest balance.
What information should I provide to support?
Describe the issue and include the app version, device operating system, time of occurrence, relevant order ID and screenshots. For SMS issues, copy the order ID from the bottom of the number details screen. For top-ups, provide the app store purchase receipt. Do not send passwords, full payment card details or unrelated verification codes.
